Sovereign-grade · Post-quantum

Hierarchical agentic infrastructure for regulated verification at scale.

A high-assurance control plane for government and large enterprise: multi-pass validation as structure, not theater. Orchestration and accountability on high-capability infrastructure. Not a chatbot product.

Platform

Built as a control plane, not a chat product.

Everyone can wrap agents. Aether is hierarchical isolation, mandatory reconciliation, and multi-pass validation as standing structure. Verification depth is structural and scales with allocated compute. No fixed pass count is treated as a ceiling.

Hierarchical multi-agent architecture

Domain-isolated swarm clusters under a high-assurance Tier-0 governance layer. Hyper-specialized agents, mandatory reconciliation, elastic capacity.

Structural multi-pass validation

Verification is mandatory architecture, not an optional add-on. Depth scales with allocated compute. No fixed pass count is treated as a ceiling.

Post-quantum design posture

Cryptographic patterns oriented to ML-KEM, ML-DSA, and SLH-DSA families (FIPS 203/204/205). Identity-bound actions. Zero-trust control plane. Design posture, not a certification claim.

Institutional control plane

Aether is the orchestration and accountability layer. It runs on high-capability infrastructure; it is not a general-purpose chatbot or foundation-model product.

Architecture

Hierarchical. Domain-isolated. Reconciled.

Flat agent swarms do not scale under continuous high-assurance auditing. Aether uses a three-tier model with mandatory reconciliation so capacity can grow without collapsing verification fidelity. Tier-0 governance, domain supervision, and specialist workers keep authority and evidence aligned.

Tier 0

Master governance

Global routing, policy, cross-domain reconciliation, final evidence certification.

Tier 1

Domain supervisors

Cluster leadership, prioritization, intra-domain reconciliation, interface compliance.

Tier 2

Specialist workers

Elastic pools of reasoning, verification, and packaging agents with narrow mandates.

Mandatory reconciliation

No significant output crosses a tier or domain boundary without cryptographic consistency checks.

Fault isolation

Domain clusters contain failures first. Cross-domain mediation is Tier-0 only.

Elastic specialization

Tier-2 pools separate reasoning, verification, and packaging so capacity tracks workload.

Sectors

Government first. Enterprise second. Verticals on the same core.

Aether is built for sovereign verification. Large corporations and regulated enterprise groups are an important secondary surface, delivered through Hemera on the same hierarchical core—not a peer product line.

Government

Primary

Fiscal integrity, program verification, process backlog reduction, continuous audit evidence. The defining workload class for Aether.

Enterprise

Secondary

Large corporate and multi-entity environments: controls depth, reconciliation at scale, regulatory evidence. Served through Hemera—same core, secondary mandate.

Domain verticals

Healthcare

Claims integrity, provider attestation, records consistency under strict privacy constraints.

Banking & finance

Controls monitoring, reconciliation depth, regulatory evidence at institutional scale.

Judicial systems

Case-flow integrity, procedural compliance, chain-of-custody for process evidence.

Critical infrastructure

Cross-system consistency, operational verification, high-assurance logging.

Space & semiconductor systems

Architecture support for high-assurance semiconductor and space-systems environments.

Research

Verification-heavy scientific workflows under institutional control. Evidence packages, not chat transcripts.

System family

Aether is the core. Hemera is the enterprise surface.

One hierarchical architecture. Aether is the sovereign product. Hemera maps that core to large corporate environments. Phanes and Vigil are specialized extensions—not peers of Aether.

Aether

Primary · Sovereign core

Government-grade hierarchical agentic infrastructure for national and institutional verification. Defines the control plane, isolation model, and verification discipline for the family.

Hemera

Secondary · Enterprise

Enterprise mapping of the Aether core for large corporations and regulated groups. Same topology and discipline; secondary mandate and commercial surface.

Phanes

Extension

Hardened edge integrity and logistics monitoring.

Vigil

Extension

High-assurance presence and operational continuity with cryptographic attribution.

Security

Security that is structural, not decorative.

  • Structural multi-pass validation; depth scales with allocated compute.
  • Post-quantum cryptographic design patterns for identity, encapsulation, and signatures.
  • Cryptographically attributable agent actions and evidence packaging.
  • Reduced reliance on ad-hoc human intervention in security-critical paths.
  • Domain isolation with circuit-breaker style containment for degraded clusters.
